Mould Design

Daywell offer engineering services for the design and fabrication of production tooling for our clients.we also provide part design recommendations to improve part integrity and mold cost reduction. Daywell are constantly evaluated and quality controlled to keep costs at a minimum.

Our mold designs are created using Solidworks CAD /UG/PRO-E/AUTO CAD software,Mold flow analysis for optimized tooling efficiency,Daywell can translate a customer's conceptual idea into a functional and practical reality.

Estimates, complete with material recommendations, lead times, and tooling costs, are promptly provided by the design professionals at daywell mold.

2. 2D drawing format: dwg, dxf, pdf.
